1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue using our website.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or be using this website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us. By using this website, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian law.
3. Products & Pricing
We strive to ensure that product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. Product colours may vary slightly depending on your device settings. We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, offers and availability without prior notice. All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable GST.
4. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order due to pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraudulent activity, stock unavailability or any other legitimate business reason.
5. Payments
Payments are securely processed through authorised payment partners. Tishyaa does not store your card details, CVV, UPI PIN or OTP.
Cash on Delivery (COD): For orders up to ₹4,999, partial COD is available with 25% of the order value payable in advance at the time of order placement. For orders of ₹5,000 and above, COD is not available and full payment must be made online before dispatch.
6. Shipping Policy
Orders are generally processed within the timelines displayed on our website. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier partner or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout. Tracking details will be shared once your order is dispatched. We currently ship only within India.
7. Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within the period mentioned on our website, provided they are unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with original tags and packaging. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days of successful quality inspection. Return shipping costs, where applicable, are to be borne by the customer. Items marked as Final Sale, customised products or hygiene-sensitive items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible. We do not levy any cancellation charges on you, except where Tishyaa itself bears an equivalent cost in relation to the cancelled order, which may be deducted from your refund. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method.
9. Promotions & Discount Codes
Offers, discount codes and gift vouchers are subject to their individual terms and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.
10. User Reviews & Content
By submitting reviews, photographs, videos or testimonials, you confirm that the content belongs to you or that you have permission to share it. By submitting such content, you grant Tishyaa a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and feature it on our website and official social media channels for promotional purposes.
11. Intellectual Property
All content including logos, designs, product images, graphics, text and trademarks are owned by or licensed to Tishyaa by Pooja Tiwari and may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written permission.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious content, infringe intellectual property rights or engage in unlawful or fraudulent activities.
